Cozy Learning Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates cozylearningco.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us directly: email address, if you sign up for our newsletter or mailing list; any information you send us directly, such as through a contact form or email; and if you purchase our products through Amazon.com, your order and payment information is collected and processed by Amazon under Amazon’s own privacy policy — we do not currently process payments or store payment information on this Site.

Information collected automatically: standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site) via Squarespace’s built-in analytics, and cookies and similar tracking technologies — see Section 3 below.

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process and fulfill your orders, send order confirmations and updates, send marketing emails if you’ve opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time), improve our Site, run advertising and measure its effectiveness, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, for analytics and advertising purposes. We share information with service providers who help us run our business, including Squarespace, our website hosting platform; Amazon.com, if you purchase our products there, where your order is fulfilled and payment handled entirely under Amazon’s own privacy policy; Meta (Facebook), for advertising and pixel-based measurement, only after cookie consent; and MailerLite, our email marketing platform, for anyone who signs up for our mailing list. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents in particular may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we’ve collected and the right to request deletion. Cozy Learning Co. sells educational products for children, but our Site itself is directed at parents, caregivers, and other adults, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on Squarespace’s platform-level security and, for any purchases made through Amazon, Amazon’s own security standards. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
